Your boys & girls of all ages [under 18) are invited to attend a FREE group training session to enhance your Speed, Endurance, Agility, and Focus as an athlete. Although we are football heavy our training techniques are designed to elevate the body for conditioning of all sports. So don't let the football appearance steer you away as many non-football participants have gained from our program. You will be assessed on your current abilities and advised on how to excel in various areas. You will also receive core information and knowledge on what it takes to be a "STUDENT" athlete.

Post training you will have the option to sign up for continuous "1 on 1" or "Private Group Sessions" to enhance your skills and talents. Please note, the benefits from continuous training consist of:

Most athletes have skill sets within them that need to be extracted utilizing our program. W.I.R.E.D - We Inspire Respect Education & Discipline is the foundation of building successful athletes. Along with the physical aspect of the training, taking time to discuss the value of RESPECT towards parents, coaches, teachers, and people in everyday crossing. The value of an EDUCATION as no college will waste a scholarship on an athlete who doesn't have a good head on their shoulders. Finally, DISCIPLINE is what it takes on and off the field to ensure passage to the next level of play.
