THANK YOU for your interest in coaching THE 1ST ANNUAL FRANK CLARK FOOTBALL CAMP. You will be coaching for two separate days for this camp.
GUIDELINES:
By accepting this coaching position, you are assuming responsibility for complying with institution, school district, state athletic association, and / or NCAA/NAIA/NJCAA compliance policies. We are counting on you to follow through on your commitment to coach. If something comes up that will prevent you from honoring your commitment, please notify me as soon as possible and do your best to help connect us with a replacement coach. We are always looking for reliable coaches – Please share this with other good football coaches you know who may be interested and available. We’re thrilled to have you on board and are looking forward to working with you!

I AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS RELEASE FORM. I UNDERSTAND I WILL BE ENGAGING IN PHYSICAL EXERCISE and/or TRAINING THAT REQUIRES THE USE OF EQUIPMENT AND PHYSICAL ACTIONS THAT COULD POSSIBLY CAUSE INJURY. I AM VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THESE ACTIVITIES AND ASSUME ALL RISKS OF INJURY THAT MIGHT RESULT. I AGREE TO WAIVE ANY CLAIMS OR RIGHTS I MIGHT OTHERWISE HAVE TO SUE THE CAMP FACILITATORS OR ANY PARTIES INVOLVED IN THIS EVENT AS A RESULT OF INJURY FROM THESE ACTIVITIES.
IT IS ALWAYS ADVISABLE AND RECOMMENDED TO CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN BEFORE UNDERTAKING THIS OR ANY EXERCISE PROGRAM.
When, Where, and What to Wear:
Friday July 5th & Sunday July 7th.
Edward Vincent Park Champions Field 700 Warren Lane, Inglewood Ca 90302.
Boys & Girls - K-9th both sessions.
Coaching Attire: Wear black shorts or sweats; wear a cap from your program if you choose, staff coaches’ shirt will be provided.

Coaches meeting - 0700am
*Registration 7:45am
1st session 8:30am-11am
*Registration 10:45am -
2nd session 11:30 - 3pm
Sunday July 7th
Coaches meeting 0900 am
10am - 1pm Family Day and Championship Sunday
*Registration 0930am
1 session (Championship 7vs7 games and Combine Skills Competition)
10am - 1pm
In The Event Of:

Compensation:
2. You will be provided a coaching Stipend of $100 for Friday and $60 for Sunday. All Payments will be made after Sundays event.
Coaching Referrals:
3. We are always looking for reliable VOLUNTEER coaches - Please share this link with other dependable football coaches who are good with kids.
The Camp Day:
4. A detailed game plan will be shared with you at our pre-camp staff meeting, where our Director will make station assignments. This will include a suggested set of drills and teaching points for your assignment.
5. Help us set a tone of professionalism by refraining from taking photos or asking for autographs.
6. Be enthusiastic and make it a point to give each camper the attention they deserve to help them have an excellent camp experience.
